I’m someone who has rarely taken the traditional route and has never believed that “usual” automatically means “right.”

I entered this work after living it. I learned the hard way you can’t outthink stress—you have to know your nervous system, honor your body’s signals, and reshape how you live, not just what you do. That realization became the heart of my signature Befriend Your Life™ framework, which blends neuroscience, psychology, and real-world strategy to help professionals and entrepreneurs rebuild energy, meaning, and intentional growth.

I was born in Warsaw, Poland, grew up across cultures, attended high school in Texas, and completed my university education in Poland before building my professional life internationally.
Living between systems, languages, and expectations taught me early on that there is never just one way to succeed and that creativity often comes from standing slightly outside the norm.
That global, cross-cultural lens still shapes everything I do.
Because I’ve lived the cost of following paths that look good on paper but ignore human reality.
Much of my work is informed by my personal journey of overcoming trauma and the long-term effects of a traumatic brain injury. I learned firsthand that willpower alone doesn’t heal. Hustle doesn’t restore clarity. And pushing harder often makes things worse.
Healing, growth, and success require understanding the nervous system, honoring capacity, and designing life from the inside out.
That truth became the foundation of my work and my book-based framework, Befriending Your Life.
I help people who are:

I blend neuroscience, psychology, executive functioning, and lived experience but I explain it simply.

I have a deep soft spot for:

My work is about restoring dignity, choice, and agency.
My children are my everything. Family anchors me and reminds me why sustainability matters.
I love animals, especially horses, and I use equine-assisted approaches as a therapeutic and regulation-based tool. Horses teach presence, boundaries, and emotional truth faster than words ever could.
Nature is my reset.
You’ll find me hiking, kayaking, fencing, or traveling internationally whenever possible.
